Applications
Arbortech™ Acoustical Wall Panels are designed for areas requiring tremendous impact resistant, tack-able / mountable surfaces with excellent acoustical absorption. Use in corridors, gymnasiums, hallways, art studios and similar areas.
Construction
Arbortech™ Core is a wood-based acoustically absorptive material containing a binder and 100-percent recycled wood fiber. This is face-laminated with a 1/8" 16-20 pcf molded glass fiber. Various thicknesses of 6-7 PCF dimensionally stable fiberglass can be laminated to the back to achieve higher NRC values. Finishes are completely adhered to the face of the panel and returned to the back for a full finished edge. All corners are fully tailored.
Size Availability
Available thicknesses are 3/4", 1-3/4", 2-3/4" and 3-3/4". Maximum sizes are limited to a 65 pound limit for individual panels:
- 3/4" is 28 SF, 4'x7' or 42" wide x 8' high
- 1-3/4" is 22.5 SF, 4'x68" or 34" x 8' high
- 2-3/4" is 18.7 SF, 4'x56" or 28" x 8' high
- 3-3/4" is 16.0 SF, 4'x4' or 24" x 8' high
