Application
Wall Technology Baffles are designed to be a tasteful, large-area acoustical solution with a high degree of design flexibility.
Sock Construction
The core construction is a dimensionally stable 6-7 PCF glass fiberboard with resin hardened edge protection. Seams are factory sewn, with the top edge stapled to an internal wood strip, also used for eyehook attachment.
Fold-Up and Back-To-Back Construction
The core construction is two pieces of dimensionally stable 6-7 PCF glass fiberboard with resin hardened edge protection. D-Ring support. Fabric is continuous at the bottom of the Fold-Up Baffle, with visible seams on the vertical edges.
Size Availability
Sock Baffles can be ¾", 1", 1½" and 2" thickness. Maximum size is 4'w x 8'h or 10'w x 2'h. Fold-up Baffles can be 1", 1½" and 2". Maximum size is 4'w x 8'h, or 6'w x 2'h.
Back-to-Back baffles can be 1", 1½" and 2". Maximum size is 4' x 12' or 5' x 10'. Note that maximum size can be further limited by chosen fabric width.
